A customer came to us with a bobbin their previous winder couldn't get right: the winding choked the cavity, and every core insertion was a slow fight on the assembly line. Our winder developed a pattern that holds the cavity open, same spec, same wire, and assembly moved at speed again.
A lot came in defective, and the trail led upstream, across a border, to a supplier's process. We worked with them to correct it, wound a fresh batch, and shipped the replacements to our customer free of charge within two weeks, a process that normally takes 6 to 8 weeks.
